The people in this office are the kindest human beings I have dealt with in a long time. I was in a great deal of pain and saw Dr. Neuner for an evaluation. He was very professional and took time to listen to all of my symptoms and reassure me that we would get to the cause of my pain and solve it. That same day I had a really bad experience with my insurance company and arguing over coverage. His assistant Mary went out of her way to be kind and deal with the insurance company. Dr Neuner could not have been kinder and any more concerned than he was about my pain and suffering. I will continue to go to this wonderful doctor and his wonderful staff, they are caring, kind and could not be more professional.
